Frequently Asked Questions

  • I charge $145 for 50 minutes sessions and $265 for 90 minute sessions.

  • No, I am out of network with all insurance companies. I am able to offer a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. More information regarding factors to consider before submitting a super bill can be found on my “Financials” page.

  • Yes, I offer a limited amount of sliding scale slots available based on need. Feel free to inquire more during your consult call.

  • Unfortunately, I am unable to give an exact number of sessions you will need to attend before terminating therapy. Time in therapy will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term therapy, while others may engage in more long-term therapy.

  • I recommend coming weekly for at least the first 3-4 sessions. However, I do recognize that sometimes this isn’t feasible due to schedules/finances/life so it’s not something I require. Attending therapy more regularly on the frontend helps you get a better idea sooner rather than later if I am a good fit for you or not.

  • While I do have the ability to work with people via telehealth, I strongly encourage people to come in person. I find that it’s easier to engage in and feel the benefits and support from the experiential models of therapy I’m trained in when meeting in person.

If you’re interested in primarily using telehealth services, please let me know in our consult call and we’ll work together to make sure you’re able to meet your specific goals using this platform.

  • Yes! I gladly work to support all people who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community and do not discriminate against any sexual orientation or gender identity.

  • Unfortunately I work in an older building and it is not ADA accessible. My office is on the second floor and there is no elevator within the building.
