Unraveling Modern Manhood

Facilitated by Sean Coyle, LPC-MHSP

Group Overview:

This weekly, 90-minute group will run for eight weeks in person, offering a space to dive into meaningful conversations and hands-on experiences around various topics including healthy communication, connection, and authenticity and how that’s been affected by views and beliefs of “masculinity”. Together, we'll look at the roles we've taken on, often shaped by societal and familial expectations, and reflect on how they may be getting in the way of our ability to build supportive and intimate relationships.

Our intention with this group is for you create a clearer sense of what it looks like to live more intentionally, with a stronger sense of agency, and feel less caught in reactive or self-sabotaging patterns.

What to Expect:

This group is grounded in Experiential Therapy, which means we won't just be talking about change, we’ll be practicing it. Each session includes time for discussion and connection, as well as activities designed to help you engage with the material on a deeper, more embodied level.

Commitment & Cost:

To support a consistent and meaningful group experience, we ask that participants commit to all 8 sessions. The full cost of the group is $480, with two payment options: pay weekly at $60/session, or pre-pay the full amount for a discounted rate of $450.
